The Joint Commission recognizes organizations that place emphasis on providing excellent patient care. Our processes are designed to meet the quality standards of The Joint Commission by monitoring clinical staff performance through ongoing Competency Assessment.
The public and current staff members may contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report ANY concerns or to register complaints by visiting The Joint Commission's Website or by calling 1.800.994.6610 or By FAXing 1.630.792.5636.
We define two types of competency programs as a part of the Certification Standards.
1. Initial Test – Asereth submits itself to a rigorous selection process. This allows personal and professional advancement with a focus on excellent patient care. We provide a standardized test that is required to be taken, before becoming a part of the Asereth Team.
2. Ongoing Competency Assessment – Once an employee becomes “Active” they will submit to the company’s ongoing competency schedule.
